The company grew worldwide production of oil and gas by 7.3% in FY09. That represents the highest annual production volume in company history, and management sees a similar increase in FY10. CEO Ray Irani expects annual production increases of 5%-8% over the next five years. Irani noted that the company aggressively managed costs in FY09, finishing the year with little debt and a strong cash position. He expects high shareholder returns over the next several years.
