UTR, owners of more than 2% of the outstanding shares of Outdoor Channel Holdings, sent a second letter to the company's board regarding Outdoor Channel's proposed merger with InterMedia Outdoor Holdings. UTR reiterated its demands for the immediate halt to the proposed merger with InterMedia Outdoor Holdings, and said in the absence of a public and transparent process, it is inisisting upon maximum liquidity for outside shareholders. | |
