Otter Tail Corporation announced it has sold substantially all of the assets of ShoreMaster, its waterfront equipment manufacturing business, to High Street Capital, a private equity group based in Chicago, IL. The impact of this transaction on the 2012 Otter Tail Corporation consolidated financial results will be disclosed in the company's earnings release on February 11. | |
