The "transition agreement" that Oregon's "Obamacare" exchange signed with Oracle concludes after next month and the company could be blocked from future work on the marketplace, reported CNBC. Cover Oregon also is withholding $25.6M of the $69.5M Oracle has claimed for work on the troubled site and is reserving the right to sue Oracle for any payments already made, CNBC noted. FIS (FIS) is among the U.S. companies considering a takeover bid for Monitise, the UK mobile banking software manufacturer which put itself up for sale last month, Mark Kleinman of Sky News reports.
