OriginOil announced that it has received its first international patent for its algae harvesting technology from the Australian patent office. The invention, titled “Systems, apparatus and methods of obtaining intracellular products and cellular mass and debris from algae and derivative products and process of use thereof,” was issued as patent number 2010239380 in Australia for a term of 20 years beginning in 2010. In addition to the United States, it has also been published in the European Union and in Japan. | |
