Onyx Pharmaceuticals confirmed that NASDAQ has halted trading of the company's common stock, citing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Oncologic Drugs Advisory Committee is meeting this afternoon to discuss the company's New Drug Application for Kyprolis under the accelerated approval pathway. The NDA for Kyprolis for the treatment of patients with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least two prior therapies that included a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulatory agent is currently being reviewed by the U.S. FDA, and the anticipated date for completion of review under the PDUFA guidelines is July 27, Onyx said. | |
