The Board of Directors of Omnicom Group increased the corporation's quarterly cash dividend by 33%, raising it from 30c to 40c per outstanding share of the corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on April 2, 2013 to Omnicom Group common shareholders of record at the close of business on March 5, 2013. | |
