Grupo Aeroportuario strategic partner to propose Ps.1.2B capital reduction Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte informs that the company's strategic partner, Servicios de Tecnología Aeroportuaria, will make a proposal to the board of directors to distribute Ps.1.2B in cash, equivalent to Ps. 3.00 per share, through a capital reduction, without cancellation of any shares. The reduction in minimum fixed capital would be paid as follows: a single payment of Ps.400M in June; and four subesequent quarterly payments of Ps.200M each. This proposal will be presented to the board at its scheduled March 22 meeting, and subsequently to the shareholders for final approval at the annual shareholders' meeting, which is scheduled to be called for April 16.
