Grupo Aeroportuario reports 1.2% increase in February traffic Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V. reports that terminal passenger traffic at its 13 airports increased 1.2% in February, as compared to February 2012. Domestic traffic increased 1.6%, and international traffic decreased 0.7%. February 2012 had 29 days, affecting the year over year comparisons. The number of flight operations in February decreased 5.8% as compared to the same month of last year. The number of domestic operations decreased 6.7% and international operations decreased 0.3%. Traffic during the 28 days of February compared to the first 28 days of February 2012 showed an increase of 4.9% in total passenger traffic: domestic traffic increased 5.4%, and international traffic increased 2.3%.
