O2Micro International announced that it was issued 23 claims under United States patent number 8,222,870 for its Battery Management System, or BMS, with Adjustable Charging Current invention. This invention enables multiple battery charging modes based on individual cell status. It controls adapter output via a control signal from a command circuit integrated in the battery pack, saving PC board space and reducing cost. | |
