Omnicare announced Steven Skwara has been appointed Chief Compliance Officer. Skwara will oversee and lead Omnicare's corporate compliance function, reporting directly to Omnicare's Board of Directors and John L. Workman, Omnicare's Interim CEO. He succeeds Kathleen McGuan who has served Omnicare with distinction. | |
