According to sources, Robert Thomson is expected to be named to lead News Corp's (NWSA) new publishing company, Reuters reports. Thomson, a close confidant of News Corp CEO Rupert Murdoch, is currently managing editor of the Wall Street Journal and editor in chief of its publisher Dow Jones & Co. Gerard Baker, currently the deputy editor of the Journal, is expected to succeed Thomson. Reference Link
