The shares are off over 2% at time of writing to $19.12 following a downgrade at BofA/Merrill to Neutral, with a $19 price target. The firm cited rich valuation and peak margins as reasons for the recommendation change. At current price, the low of the day at $19 is initial support. On a break below $19, next support would be at $18.49. Resistance is at $19.40.

Nvidia (NVDA) is developing a video game console called "Shield," reports CNet, citing a company presentation at the Game Developer's Conference. The console will include Google (GOOG) Android software to allow content streaming from Android smartphone and tablets, and will also include Nvidia's Grid service to allow streaming of videogames directly to the console. Nvidia plans a May launch for the console in the U.S., with pricing set at $199. Reference Link
