Nvidia (NVDA) has transformed itself, and for the moment,has the wind at its back, Barron's contends. The success of its Tegra chip was event in its latest quarter and guidance. Nvidia's financial results at the moment are supported by the company gaining share in GPU sales from rival Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) for what remains of the PC market. And, Apple (AAPL) in June had announced a new crop of laptops using Nvidia's parts. At $14.62, the stock looks fairly cheap at 11x this year's estimates, after taking into account $5 per share or so in net cash on its balance sheet. Reference Link |
