Nu Skin (NUS) uses a direct marketing scheme, in which customers become sales people and recruit other sales people, in China, CaixinOnline reported yesterday morning. The company's China market is expanding rapidly, but some critics of the company's strategy in the country claim that it violates Chinese law, according to the website.
