08:13 EDTNSR, ERICDeutsche sees 'real possibility' of 'black swan' scenario for NeuStar
Deutsche Bank notes that shares of NeuStar (NSR) traded down just before the close on Friday after the FCC posted a document marked confidential which suggested the North American Numbering Council has recommended selecting iConectiv, the Telcordia unit of Ericsson (ERIC), as the vendor for the Number Portability Administration Center. Deutsche says it sees a "real possibility" that the "black swan" scenario plays out for NeuStar and it lowered its price target for shares to $24 from $37. It keeps a Hold rating on the stock.
