Citigroup said its propriety survey indicated the Software-as-a-Service, or SaaS, space is in only the second inning of its growth phase. Citi said its survey is most positive for ServiceNow (NOW) and Jive Software (JIVE), and less positive for Workday (WDAY). The firm calls Salesforce.com (CRM) and ServiceNow its favorite names in the SaaS sector.
