Market lower ahead of Fedís minutes Stock futures weakened during the pre-market trading session, leading to a lower open for the broader market. Renewed missile attacks on Israel from Gaza have heightened tensions in the region once again. Trading is expected to be quiet ahead of the release of the Fedís FOMC minutes at 2 pm ET. The lone economic report scheduled to be released is the weekly Department of Energy Inventory numbers, which are due out at 10:30am ET.

The April release included a decline in the forward looking new orders component to -6.0 from -2.4 which could pose downside risk to the release.
