Either way, the T-note yield sank from the 2.284% area to session lows of 2.272% before rebounding again, failing to draw too many conclusions ahead of Friday's payrolls. The 2s-10s spread remained tighter near +172 bp.

Oil Action: NYMEX crude is trading at $66.98, after ranging between $66.68 and $68.18 overnight. Adding weight to prices has been news that the Iraq government has agreed with Kurdish authorities to increase output by 300k bpd, adding to the estimated global over supply of nearly 2.0 M bpd. Sources say the market remains in sell the rally mode, and continue to look for lower daily highs going forward.
