News Breaks January 4, 2013 12:22 EDT NOC Japan may purchase Northrop drones, Agence France-Presse reports Japan hopes to buy unnamed Global Hawk drones made by Northrop Grumman (NOC) by 2015, in order to boost surveillance of its territorial waters near islands in the East China Sea, according to Agence France-Presse.
