Nidec announced that it has resolved at a meeting of the board held on January 24 to repurchase its own shares. The board authorized up to 3M shares of common stock to be repurchased with a total repurchase amount of up to Y20B. The period of repurchase will be from January 25 through January 24, 2014. |
