NGL Energy Partners announced that the board of directors of its general partner declared a quarterly distribution of 58.875c per unit for the quarter ended June 30. This distribution represents a 6.8% increase over the prior quarterly distribution of 55.125c per unit and a 19.2% increase over the distribution paid in August 2013. This distribution is payable on August 14, to unitholders of record entitled to receive the distribution as of the close of business on August 4.

NGL Energy Partners announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly distribution of 62.5c per unit, or $2.50 on an annualized basis, for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. This distribution represents a 1.21% increase over the prior quarterly distribution of 61.75c per unit and a 13.38% increase over the distribution paid for the same quarter a year ago. This distribution is payable on May 15, 2015, to unitholders of record entitled to receive the distribution at the close of business on May 5, 2015. This is the fourteenth consecutive quarter NGL has increased its cash distribution since its public offering in May 2011.

07:17 EDTNGLNGL Energy Partners places purchase order for 558 miles of pipe for Grand Mesa
NGL Energy Partners, through its wholly owned subsidiary Grand Mesa Pipeline, LLC, announced that it has placed a purchase order for approximately 558 miles of 20 diameter pipe in support of the Grand Mesa Pipeline system project. The purchase order was placed with Welspun Tubular LLC, with final delivery scheduled for November. The Grand Mesa Pipeline system project will include over 550 miles of new crude oil transportation pipeline, multiple truck injection bays, over one million barrels of operational storage, and at least two collection points located near Lucerne and Kersey in Weld County, Colorado. The system is in active development and is currently tracking both on schedule and on budget with right-of-way, survey, engineering, procurement and permitting. Rimrock Midstream, LLC will construct and operate the pipeline system.
