The analyst does not expect Disney to license first run film rights so Netflix can make money at just $7.99 per month per subscriber. It would appear that traders are intent on moving the shares back toward the $250 area. That area in the prior two-years was important support and then resistance. When the shares broke below that level in August 2011, it presaged a steep decline in share price. Retaking that level and holding it therefore might encourage more bullishness for higher price.
