		Weeden notes that ODS, a widely followed offshore rig market data provider, issued a story yesterday afternoon saying Pemex would reduce by 12 the number of jackups working in Mexico. The firm estimates a 50c-55c EPS impact to its 2010 estimate of $5.55 if Noble were to have no contract renewals in 2010.
