Nasdaq OMX Group wants to lower the fees it charges large customers that trade on several of its exchanges, but rivals say the company seeks to stifle competition, reports Reuters. Nasdaq announced that Lee Shavel, CFO and EVP, Corporate Strategy will retire, effective March 31. Shavel has accepted a position to join the board of a public company. Ron Hassen, SVP and Corporate Controller, Nasdaq, will serve as interim CFO, as the company conducts an active search to fill the role. Hassen has been with Nasdaq for nearly 15 years and previously served as interim CFO.

Iteris (ITI) announced that it has met the listing criteria for the NASDAQ (NDAQ) Capital Market and will move its listing from NYSE MKT to the NASDAQ Capital Market, effective with the start of trading on February 8, 2016. Iteris will continue to trade under its existing ticker symbol "ITI". Iteris common stock will trade on the NYSE MKT until the market close on February 5, 2016.
