The board of directors of NACCO Industries has approved the spin-off of Hyster-Yale Materials Handling to NACCO stockholders. To effect the spin-off, NACCO will make a distribution of all of the outstanding shares of Hyster-Yale common stock to holders of NACCO common stock as of 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on September 25. | |
