Navarre has completed the acquisition of SpeedFC, a provider of e-commerce services to retailers and manufacturers. Navarre acquired SpeedFC for $50M, comprised of $25M in cash and 17.1M shares of its common stock. Navarre has also committed up to an additional $5M in cash and 6.3M shares of its common stock, contingent upon SpeedFC's adjusted EBITDA for the 12 months ending December 31. | |
