McEwen Mining announces that operations at its 49% owned San Jose mine in Santa Cruz Province, Argentina were halted on Monday, February 4 due to 76 employees contracting gastroenteritis. This disruption is not expected to have a material impact on McEwen Mining's full-year production. The company will provide a further update once operations resume.
