| 07:00 EDT | | MSFT | Microsoft CEO receives relatively low bonus, NY Times reports Microsoft's (MSFT) board decided to award the company's CEO, Steve Ballmer, less than half the annual cash bonus for which he was eligible, according to The New York Times, which cited an SEC filing by the company. The board cited modest growth in the market share of Windows Phone, a 3% decline in revenue generated by the Windows division, slower than planned progress by the Internet division, and a failure to meet the terms of an antitrust deal with the European Commission as reasons for the CEO's relatively low bonus, the newspaper said.
