Lenovo Group's (LNVGY) Motorola Moto G was the best-selling smartphone in Brazil in 2014, reports the Wall Street Journal, citing data from IDC. Samsung (SSNLF) still retains a 43% overall market share in Brazil, notes the Journal, though Motorola has shot to second place ahead of LG Electronics. Fuji Xerox and Microsoft (MSFT) announced a broad patent cross-licensing agreement. Building on a 2007 cross-licensing pact, the agreement ensures that Microsoft and Fuji Xerox continue to benefit from access to each otherís patent portfolios and accelerate research and development, the companies said.
