Citi analyst Christopher Danely says he believes Analog Devices (ADI) has secured a design win in the next generation Apple (AAPL) iPhone. The win could contribute $160M in revenue and 10c in earnings per share in 2016, Danely tells investors today in a research note. He upped his price target for Analog shares to $66 from $55 but keeps a Neutral rating on the name. The analyst believes the Apple design win is already priced in with shares trading at 22 times his 2016 earnings estimate. Danely cites valuation for his Neutral rating on the stock.

JMP Securities says its checks indicate that Facebook's share of total ad dollars continue to rise. The firm believes that Instagram's engagement and monthly average users continue to grow. It estimates that Instagram could generate about $1,4B in revenue next year, versus its 2015 estimate of about $445M. JMP Securities raised its price target on Facebook to $101 from $98 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares.

Nearly 20% of Apple Watch buyers have also purchased a spare band for the watch, Reuters reports, citing data from Slice Intelligence. Slice estimates that Apple has sold 2.79M watches as of mid-June, the report says. The data shows that approximately 17% of Apple Watch shoppers have purchased more than one band, with the entry level sports brand as the highest seller at $49, Reuters says. Softbank (SFTBF) and Apple (AAPL) supplier Foxconn will set up a joint venture to make robots, The Nikkei reports, citing sources. According to the sources, the JV may first focus on mass production of Pepper, a home robot that can respond to human emotions and requests, and plan to initially make around 10,000 units annually. Brean Capital analyst Sarah Hindlian raised her price target for Facebook to $108 from $100 while telling investors to own the stock for the long haul. After analyzing the potential of the social networking giant's mobile applications, including Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, Hindlian's "bear case" analyses demonstrate that Facebook may have an incremental $4.0B in revenue in FY16 from monetization efforts. Only 25%-35% of this potential revenue is included in consensus estimates, the analyst states this morning in a research note. She reiterates a Buy rating on Facebook. The stock closed yesterday up 35c to $81.06.
