05:57 EDTMONMonsanto patent case may affect numerous industries, WSJ reports
A dispute between a farmer in Indiana and Monsanto (MON) over soybean seeds has reached the U.S. Supreme Court in a case that could have broad implications for industries from software to nanotechnology, reports the Wall Street Journal.
