Teenagers in the U.S. are smoking cigarettes less as usage declined to historic lows, according to an annual report funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse and conducted by the University of Michigan, reports the Wall Street Journal. The study found that the number of teenagers who reported smoking cigarettes in the prior 30 days fell to 10.6% this year from 11.7% in 2011, the lowest level recorded since the survey began in 1975.
