Monro Muffler announced that its board has approved a 1c increase in the company's cash dividend for Q1 to 11c per share, representing an increase of 10% from the quarterly dividends paid in FY13. The cash dividend is payable to shareholders of record on the company's outstanding shares of common stock including the shares of common stock to which the holders of the company's Class C Convertible Preferred Stock are entitled.
