Carl Larry, an analyst with research consultancy Oil Outlooks & Opinions, was quoted saying "people are starting to take anything coming out of OPEC with a big grain of salt,". Chevron announced its Australian subsidiaries have signed a binding Sales and Purchase Agreement, or SPA, with SK LNG Trading Pte. Under the SPA, SK LNG Trading, which is part of a leading industrial conglomerate in South Korea, will receive 4.15M tons of LNG over a five-year period starting in 2017.
