| theflyonthewall.com: | Macquarie Infrastructure to sell minority stake in District Energy Business | | Macquarie Infrastructure Company announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell a 49.99% interest in its district energy business, Thermal Chicago, to an affiliate of The John Hancock Life Insurance Company for $29.5M. The company expects the transaction to close prior to the end of the first quarter of 2010.
