The Department of Justice is preparing to charge S&P, a unit of McGraw-Hill (MHP), in a civil lawsuit relating to the triple-A rating of 30 CDOs from 1H07, with the DoJ seeking a "10 figure settlement and admission of wrongdoing," according a CNBC report that cites sources.
