McGraw-Hill increases quarterly dividend 9.8% to 28c per share The Board of Directors of The McGraw-Hill Companies approved a 9.8% increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend on the Corporation's common stock. The quarterly dividend will increase from 25.5c to 28c per share. The dividend will be payable on March 12 to shareholders of record on February 26. The new annualized dividend rate of $1.12 per share represents an average compound annual dividend growth rate of 9.6% since 1974.
