Expects total operating expenses this year will decrease by approximately $20M, or more than 3%, compared with total operating costs in 2010 of $605M. Says expects to remain in compliance with covenants near & long-term, says currently evaluating options for refinancing, including amending and extending $363M of bank term debt due March 2013.
