ManTech International has named Daniel J. Keefe President and COO of its Technical Services Group. Brigadier General Keefe, U.S. Army, Ret, was previously Executive Vice President and general, manager of the group. The Technical Services Group is the largest operational unit within ManTech and provides mission-critical technology services and solutions globally, to include all aspects of C4ISR, systems sustainment, logistics and systems engineering to the Department of Defense and Department of State. Keefe replaces Louis M. Addeo, who will be promoted to Executive Vice President for Corporate Development and Strategic Acquisitions. In this new role, Addeo will have responsibility for expanding the business portfolio beyond markets currently served by the corporation.

The Defense Intelligence Agency, or DIA, awarded ManTech an Enhanced Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise, or E-SITE, contract to provide worldwide coverage for IT requirements and technical support services for DIA and other members of the Intelligence Community, or IC. This multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, or IDIQ, vehicle has a 5-year period of performance, with a potential value of $6B. E-SITE is replacing the former Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise IDIQ vehicle where ManTech was previously a prime. ManTech will have the opportunity to win task orders that require services including systems design, development, fielding, sustainment of global intelligence, and command and control. Ultimately, this contract will design and maintain a worldwide enterprise IT infrastructure to support the DIA's critical mission.

The General Services Administration, or GSA, Federal Systems Integration and Management Center, or FEDSIM, has awarded ManTech a contract to provide cyber range services to the Defense Information Systems Agency, or DISA, and United States Marine Corps, or USMC. The contract has a 1-year base period and 3 option years, with a value of $250M. ManTech has supported DISA and USMC cyber range exercises since 2009, and this award expands services and capabilities to enhance cyber workforce operational tactics, techniques, and procedures across agencies.
