Macy's (M) and J.C. Penney (JCP) are set to clash in a New York State Court this week in a rare public fight between the two department store chains as they struggle over their partnerships with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (MSO), reports the Wall Street Journal. Yet the right to sell particular homemaking products isn't the only issue under debate. They're expected to come armed with accusations of duplicity, greed and neglect, the companies are also poised to lash out at each other. Reference Link
