The stock is down over 1.6% at time of writing after the company noted in a 10-K filing that it "likely" violated certain aspects of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FCPA. The company however stopped short of suggesting that the issue would be material in any way to its financial statements. At the current price of $50.49, next support is at $49.33, and then at $48.29, a prior pivot low. Resistance is at $51.05, the last position of the 10-day moving average at time of writing. | |
