Says continuing to generate "very strong" cash flow. Says considering 'reasoned, measured' ASM growth in FY15. Sees growth at Dallas, Washington Reagan Airports. Says bookings for August September look "good." Sees Q3 freight revenues to be comparable to those last year. Expects other Q3 revenues to decline year over year due to ongoing conversion of AirTran network. Sees Q3 economic fuel price in a range of $2.95-$3.00. Expect Q3 unit costs ex-items to increase year over year similar to what the company saw last year, which was a 1.7% increase. Sees Q3 ASMs to be up 2%. Sees FY14 ASMs to be up under 1% year over year. Sees available seat miles to increase year over year in FY15. Expects FY15 ASMs to grow based on more seats per plane and longer routes. Says cash flow and balance sheet remain "strong."

The FAA has lifted its restrictions on U.S. airline flights into and out of Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport by cancelling a Notice to Airmen it renewed yesterday. The cancellation is effective at approximately 11:45 p.m. EDT. Before making this decision, the FAA worked with its U.S. government counterparts to assess the security situation in Israel and carefully reviewed both significant new information and measures the Government of Israel is taking to mitigate potential risks to civil aviation. The FAA’s primary mission and interest are the protection of people traveling on U.S. airlines. The agency will continue to closely monitor the very fluid situation around Ben Gurion Airport and will take additional actions, as necessary.
