Norwegian Air Shuttle's move to offer flights between Europe and the U.S. with much lower fares than competing airlines has American carriers up in arms, according to The New York Times. Critics, including U.S. carries, accuse Norwegian Air of undercutting its competition and unfairly exploiting an open-skies agreement between the United States and Europe, the newspaper stated.
