Lone Pine Resources announced that the company's board has appointed David M. Fitzpatrick, a member of the Lone Pine board, to serve as interim CEO, effective immediately. Lone Pine also announced that the board has terminated the employment of David M. Anderson as president and CEO and Edward J. Bereznicki as executive VP and CFO. The board has initiated a search process for a permanent CEO, and has retained Korn/Ferry International, a leading executive recruiting firm, to assist in the process. | |
