Dropbox, which is estimated to be valued near $4B according to Quartz's report, competes in some ways with Google's (GOOG) Drive, Apple's (AAPL) iCloud, Microsoft's (MSFT) SkyDrive and LogMeIn's (LOGM) Cubby.
