Local to delay filing 10-K Local has determined that it is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2012 by the prescribed date without unreasonable effort or expense. The reason for the delay is to allow the Registrant additional time to gather information required for an accurate and full completion of the Annual Report on Form 10-K. The filing delay is not the result of the need to restate any prior period financial results. The Registrant will file the Form 10-K within the additional time allowed by the Form 12b-25.
