Lenovo's (LNVGY) CEO still expects to complete its acquisition of IBM's (IBM) low-end server business by the end of this year, reports the Wall Street Journal. While the U.S. government is investigating possible national security risks related to the deal, CEO Yang Yuanqing said at a news conference that "there is no change to the plan" and that the company is "making very good proces sin obtaining approvals for the deals."
