Lenovo Group (LNVGY), days after announcing plans to buy IBM's (IBM) low-end server business, said it will reorganize into four business groups instead of the current two, effective April 1, reported The Wall Street Journal, citing a company spokesman who said the reorganization wasn't triggered by the recent deal with IBM. Lenovo will have four groups in the new structure, namely PC, mobile, enterprise, and an "ecosystem and cloud" unit focused on content and services. Reference Link

FIS (FIS) is among the U.S. companies considering a takeover bid for Monitise, the UK mobile banking software manufacturer which put itself up for sale last month, Mark Kleinman of Sky News reports.
