This note corrects a previous one that stated that LodgeNet shares fell after the company filed for bankruptcy. LodgeNet and the Colony Syndicate have agreed to implement a refinancing transaction via an expedited Chapter 11 proceeding which would commence once the requisite consents of its lenders have been obtained, the company stated in a press release earlier. | |
